Doctor's Desk

Accessible. Affordable. Convenient.

At Harmony Health we enjoy taking care of your whole family and offer  "old-fashioned" medical care with modern conveniences. Direct Primary Care means our patients pay a flat-rate membership and we don’t bill insurance. Removing the insurance obstacle gives us more time to invest in you and your health. You can have insurance (in fact we encourage it) but we don’t bill it.

A simplified healthcare model lets us offer services from comprehensive wellness to urgent/injury care for around the cost of your monthly phone bill. We are able to offer same-day or next day scheduling (M-F) with little or no wait. For established patients, some visits can also be conveniently conducted over a phone or video call. You will experience personalized care because your doctor will actually know your story, inside and out.

We are dedicated to convenient communication and give you many options on how to contact us, including having your doctor's cell phone number.

Enrollment   $200

Upon joining Harmony Health, all patients will pay an enrollment fee.  This fee includes medical services until the end of the month in which the patient enrolls.  Monthly charges will then begin on the 1st of the next month.

If your circumstances change, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time by signing our cancellation form. Your subscription and your provider-patient relation will terminate 30 days from your request if your account is in good standing. Any remaining days of your billing cycle will be prorated for your last payment. All fees are non-refundable regardless of the date of your cancellation. Subscription fees are standard regardless of services used or not used.

Our model of practice allows us to serve a smaller number of patients with more convenience and ongoing access. Requests to re-enroll at a later time are subject to availability and a re-enrollment fee of $200.

How it works

Patients are billed on a monthly basis on the 1st of each month.  There is a one-time registration fee of $200 per household for the first month which includes any medical services that month.

There is no long term contract, you can cancel at any time.

There are no co-pays for visits, however for certain procedures/lab draws there may be a cost associated. This will pass through to you at greatly reduced rates. You will be notified ahead of time if you will be responsible for any additional costs.
